Welcome to coalitionfortheicc.org (the “Service”), operated by Coalition for the International Criminal Court c/o Women’s Initiatives for Gender Justice (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update Subscription fees with advance notice. Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

6. User Content

You may post, upload, or share content on the Service (“User Content”). By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content within the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate any laws.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the courts of The Hague, the Netherlands.

Your continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
